Monday 27th February 2012 – Tamarind Class presents… “The Highwayman”

Last week, Year Five looked at the classic poem ‘The Highwayman’ by Alfred Noyes.  As part of our learning, we recorded our own audio version, and created artwork to accompany it.  You can see the end result below.

This week, we’re focusing on a very different poem…

    I have to say that your story of the Highwayman and the Landlord’s daughter made me feel I was really there, it was such a vivid performance with lovely pictures and writing. I would like to hear more please, well done!
