Friday 26th November 2010 – Junk Modelling Club

Sadly, today was the last day of Mrs Milne’s after school Junk Modelling Club.  This has been a hugely popular club which the children have loved coming along to.  Who wouldn’t when boxes, bottles, glue and tape are available in abundance to create things with?!

Over the weeks the children have transformed the junk that they bought in into a variety of works of art, including strange bugs, robots and most recently musical instruments ranging from shakers to guitars.

Here are some pictures showing the children’s achievements.  They should be very proud of their creativity.

  1. You have created some fantastic models with your ‘junk’. Some of your models remind me of Wall-e (here is a link to Wall-e http://bit.ly/ikyC9j )
    Do you agree?
